Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

 

Registration / Deposit

Registration is not complete, and care will not commence until all the paperwork is done! Prior to the start date of care the following must be received by Birds Nest Daycare for each child:

• Registration Form

• Immunization Record

• Parent/Caregiver Agreement

• Emergency Contact

• One (1) week Deposit

• Parents’ Valid DMV ID

• Photograph of the child and any authorized individual (pick-ups)

 

 

One week deposit is required upon registration. This deposit will be applied to the last week of enrollment.

 

Parents agree that a notice of a minimum two (2) weeks (notice to be given on the 1st of any given week) will be given for permanent withdrawal of any child from daycare.
